Chris Haiss of Gross Mendelsohn’s Technology Solutions Group met with Maryland China’s owners and employees to get a solid understanding of the company’s operations and processes. After gaining an in-depth understanding of the company, she recommended Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Chris implemented Dynamics GP and customized it for Maryland China. She made sure the ERP system integrated with the company’s website, and that the online product catalog was fully integrated with Dynamic GP’s sales transaction entry. Chris also implemented a credit card processing system on the company’s website and inside their accounting system.
Chris and her team provided training for Maryland China’s Dynamics GP users.
Our team provides network support for Microsoft Office 365, new servers, workstations and printers as well as remote data backup and recovery, network monitoring of disk space and event logs, and multiple security layers including firewall, anti-spam and anti-virus.
We perform periodic maintenance such as installing antivirus updates and Windows service packs, and adding and removing network users for Maryland China.
