Gross Mendelsohn’s Help Desk is for Technology Solutions Group clients who need, well, help.
The Help Desk's operating hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
You will get a guaranteed response within 90 minutes during those hours. During non-operating hours, you will receive a response within 24 hours... usually, much faster.
